PURPOSE:To provide the form data storage system where data of various forms are stored in one file and one output means is shared and data is inputted from an already prepared data file and individual items of data can be retrieved. CONSTITUTION:This system is provided with a data input means 11 which reads in data from a data file 2 and edits it to a form of a form data file to store it in a form data file 12, a format data input means 14 which stores format data edited to a form of a format data file in a format data file 15, and a form preparing means 13 which reads in form data from the form data file and analyzes read-in form data and reads in format data in accordance with its contents and performs editing to an output form of a form in accordance with contents of form data and contents of format data and outputs the form. |
