The system is for use on a container which has a product outlet incorporating an operating tube (5). The locking piece (15) has a shaped opening (16,17) which interacts with the operating tube to prevent its movement when in the locked position. The product outlet may be either a valve or a pump. The locking piece is engaged in the operating tube. A shoulder (16) is arranged on the tube which prevents movement through the opening in the locking position. USE/ADVANTAGE - As a tamperproof closure for containers of spray products such as perfumes. Prevents unauthorised use esp. by children.
