Device for charcoal roasting a whole animal carcass. A vertical stove (1) thermally insulated from the embers to prevent deformation of the metal sheets is associated with a spit system (8) fitted with a motor (9) and mounted on sliding supports (7). The vertical stove (1) is easily transportable on two spit support legs (5) mounted on wheels and capable of being fixed to the sides of the stove (1). The device according to the invention is capable of being entirely dismounted and is designed essentially for outdoor use. The invention is environmentally friendly and pleasant to use. |
