PURPOSE:To properly pay the royalty of copyright to the copyright reversion destination by adding the digitally coded reversion destination part of the copyright or the information part of the copyright royalty to a digital information part. CONSTITUTION:The digitally coded reversion destination part 2 of the copyright and the digitally coded information part 3 of the copyright royalty are added adjacently to the digital information part 1 of one group of plural writings. Then, when a digital information sequence is utilized from its recording medium, the digitally coded reversion destination information part 2 of the copyright or the digitally coded information part 3 of the royalty of the copyright is detected and used to calculate the royalty of the copyright to be paid to the copyright reversion destination. Therefore, even when only one group of meaningfull digital information consisting of plural digital information groups is utilized for partial copying, the royalty of the copyright is properly paid to the copyright reversion destination. |
