PURPOSE:To generate a melody with a pleasant flow of sound by extracting features from a fractal graphic which expands sequentially, and relating the features to the pitch and length of a sound (note). CONSTITUTION:The features of the fractal graphic and the pitch and length of the sound are given correlativity in advance. A sampling means 1000 samples the features of the fractal graphic. An information processing means 1100 generates melody data showing the pitch and length of the note from the extracted features according to the correlativity. An image processing means 1200 expands the fractal graphic after the generation of the melody data to generate a fractal graphic to be sampled by the sampling means 1000, and the sampling of features from the fractal graphic and the expansion of the fractal graphic are repeated to generate a melody of music. Consequently, the pitch and length of sounds of respective notes have correlation on a time base and the melody with the pleasant flow of sound is generated. |
