PURPOSE:To provide the manufacturing method for a foamed flooring material of inflammable properties, particularly having nonflammability and quality feeling replacing a plastic tile. CONSTITUTION:A glass fibrous paper is manufactured by using mixing glass fiber dispersion liquid composed of water dispersion polyester urethane resin liquid not containing an organic solvent and an emulsifying agent with calcium silicate, glass fiber, titanium oxide, a viscosity bodying agent and a silane coupling agent added therein (process A). The paper is laminated in two layers or more by foamed layer forming liquid containing said component and a foaming agent (process B). The paper is coated and pressurized at the decomposition temperature or under the foaming agent (process C). Fluorine resin is applied on the surface of thus formed laminate and heated preliminarily at the decomposition temperature of the foaming agent or under, and then heated up to the temperature of the foaming agent to decompose the foaming agent, and a foamed layer is formed in the laminate (process D). A flooring material of superior nonflammable properties and strength, of proper elasticity and cushioning properties and with the surface which can be colored can be manufactured inexpensively. |
