PURPOSE:To provide a super heat resistant insulated electric wire capable of almost completely preventing generation of migration of silver. CONSTITUTION:In a super heat resistant insulated electric wire 10, a heat resistant resin coating material where, an inorganic ion exchanger is added into a mixture of at least one heat resistant resin selected from a group consisted of a polycarbosilane resin, a polysilastylene resin, a polytitanocarbosilane resin, a polysiloxane resin and a polyborosiloxane resin and an organic solvent, is applied onto the circumferential surface of a silver wire 11. The resin coating material passes through an electric furnace having a length of 5m, which is controlled within a range of 350-450 deg.C, to be hardened, thereby forming a heat resistant resin layer 12 having a thickness of 25mum just on the silver wire. As necessary, an overcoat layer 13 having a thickness of 5mum, where heat resistant fiber Is wound, is formed on the circumferential of the heat resistant resin layer 12. |
