<p>High melt viscosity polyester compositions obtained by the high temperature reaction of a previously dried polyester resin with at least one compound of general formula I <IMAGE> where X represents a divalent organic radical which will give rise to heterocycles selected from those of formula -CR1R2-CR3R4- or -CR1R2-CR3R4-CR5R6-, where R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 and R6 are the same or different from each other, and represent a hydrogen atom or a methyl; R represents a (straight, branched or cyclic) polyvalent aliphatic radical with between 1 and 30 carbon atoms or an aromatic radical having between 6 and 30 carbon atoms which may be substituted with hetero atoms, n and m are whole numbers between 1 and 5.</p> |
