In an oil sampling appts. consisting of sample collecting devices, a cartridge for filtering dissolved or suspended particles from the samples and a graduated vessel for receiving the filtrate, an oil sample heating device and a device which allows filtering in reduced pressure, gravity or suction mode is provided, these devices being connected to a removable one-piece cartridge-vessel assembly (2,3) formed by the cartridge support and the graduated vessel (3). USE/ADVANTAGE - The appts. is used for sampling oil in lubricated machines or equipment to determine the particle contamination of the oil.
