PURPOSE:To prevent an increase in invasion of heat to an inner tank vessel even if a shielding plate is vibrated by forming the plate of carbon fiber- reinforced plastic, and burying at least part of a cooling tube in the plate. CONSTITUTION:A shielding plate 3A is formed of a carbon fiber-reinforced plastic in which epoxy resin is used as resin. A cooling tube 4A is buried at a center between an upper end and a lower end of the plate 3A at the time of molding the plate 3A by a mold. The tube 4A is exposed only at the center of the upper end of a shielding plate 3G, and a bellows tube 6 is connected as thermal expansion absorption material to an exposed part of the intermediate part. Thus, even if the shielding plate is, for example vibrated to induct an electromotive force, no eddy current flows to the plate. Radiation heat into an inner tank is not increased, and heat transfer between the tube and the plate is expedited. As a result, invasion of heat into the tank is prevented. |
