PURPOSE:To provide the objective image extracting device which can correctly extract only an isolated object and is efficient in device constitution. CONSTITUTION:An isolated point extracting filter 1 extracts the pixels of an object detection area of specific size as the isolated point when the signal level of a background detection area between the object detection area and the background detection area at the periphery of the object detection area is nearly uniform and the signal level of the object detection area exceeds a reference value and a connecting process filter 2 connects the pixels at the isolated point in the objective detection area according to the output of the isolated point extracting filter 1 and extracts them as one object. |
