PURPOSE:To efficiently, inexpensively and rapidly wash the interior of piping so as to hold the washing degree within the piping to about the eighth class of NAS or less while reducing a problem of environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION:A rotary brush 17 is inserted in piping 1 to be washed and washing oil with high purity of about the seventh class of NAS or less is injected from the rear of the brush 7 under high pressure of about 30kg/cm<2> or more. The rotary brush 17 inserted in the piping 1 is propelled under rotation and the bonded matter on the inner surface of the piping is released by the synergistic action with the washing oil injected under high pressure to be discharged to the outside along with the washing oil. Further, the washing oil mixed with waste refuse is recovered in a washing oil control tank and filtered by a filter device to be recycled as the washing oil with high purity of about the seventh class of NAS or less. |
