发明名称 LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain the liquid crystal display device with which a sufficient opening rate is assured in spite of a small picture element size and which obviates the fluctuation in picture element potential by crosstalks with wirings and the disturbance in the orientation along a liquid crystal. CONSTITUTION:This liquid crystal device has an array substrate 11 having plural signal lines 15 and scanning lines 17 wired in a matrix form and pixel electrodes 45 connected respectively to the signal lines 15 and the scanning lines 17 via switching transistors 21. Opaque conductive films 41 are so provided on the array substrate 11 so as to cover the signal lines 15, the scanning lines 17 and the switching TRs 21. The pixel electrodes 45 are so provided that the peripheral edges thereof overlap on the opaque conductive films 41 via insulating films.</p>
