PURPOSE:To furnish a ferrite for which the uniformity in a structure and the densification thereof are attained and of which the porosity is reduced. CONSTITUTION:In regard to a microcrystal ferrite obtained by pressing and then baking ferrite powder, the microcrystal ferrite of which a crystal particle size after baking is 1 to 5mum is obtained. Thereby reduction of falling-off of particles from the surface of the ferrite, reduction of a spacing loss accompanying this problem of falling-off and improvement in the magnetic characteristic of a magnetic head can be attained. |
