PURPOSE:To prepare the subject product having excellent moisture-proofness, preservability, flavor, glass, color and crispness without deteriorating natural feeling by adding a specific amount of an O/W-type emulsion containing an edible oil to the leaf of laver, dispersing the mixture and drying the product. CONSTITUTION:The objective product can be produced by adding 3-25wt.% (based on the dried weight of laver) of an O/W-type emulsion containing an edible oil such as soybean oil to raw laver leaves, uniformly dispersing the mixture and drying by hot-water drying, vacuum freeze-drying, etc. |
