The goods display stand is made from polygonal sectioned foldable material. The stand consists of a rectangular sectioned plinth (1) of heavy, strong material, closed at the top, and over which is inverted a rectangular sectioned sleeve shaped container (2). The plinth lid (11) and the top opening (21) in the container slant towards the removal side, esp. at the same angle. The replaceable plinth height (HS) depends on the size and quantity of goods, and the container height (HA) is constant. The bottom of the plinth and container has at least one cavity each (12,22,13,23) flush with each other for inserting a fork lift truck fork. At least one container side has a strip (26) extending the highest side (24) behind the top edge, and bearing an advertisement board (3). USE/ADVANTAGE - Stable display stand can be folded flat for transport.
