摘要 The present invention is directed to a baked food composition comprising food ingredients and a water-soluble cellulose ether which is useful for reducing the low-density lipoprotein serum cholesterol level of an animal. Use of a specific particle-size distribution of the water-soluble cellulose ether results in compositions which are more palatable than known compositions.
