<p>PURPOSE:To heighten a band division effect and to prevent an unrequited distortion error from occurring by comprising a device of a division part, every kind of processing part, and a synthesizing part, and supplying a specific transfer function to the division part and the synthesizing part from low-pass and high-pass filters. CONSTITUTION:At the division part 1, the transfer function expressed in equation I is supplied to the low-pass filter 11 when the annular convolution arithemtic operation of an input discrete time signal x(n) with a filter coefficient h (n) is performed. Also, transfer functions H, and (z)=g(Z)-f(Z)Ho(Z) are supplied to the high-pass filter 21 under a condition g(Z)=Z<->L (L: even number), f(-Z)=f(Z), M/2+N-1=L (H, M, L: degree of Ho(z), f(Z), g(Z)). A processed signal is rate-converted by decimeters 12, 22, and is inputted to the synthesizing part 3 via every kind of processing part 2. At the synthesizing part 3, a transfer function F0(z)=H1(-z) is supplied to the low-pass filter 14, and a transfer function F1(Z)=-Ho(-Z) to the high-pass filter 24, and they are reverse- rateconverted, and then, they are added by an adder 15.</p> |
