PURPOSE:To reduce the system cost by providing a means which downloads or uploads a program or data to another information processor by using a radio communication means. CONSTITUTION:When the information processor A10 or B20 uploads the program or data to the other information processor, the program or data stored in a memory, etc., are transmitted to a radio interface 11 or 12 as the radio communication means. The other information processor receives and stores them in a memory, etc. When a program or data are downloaded from the latter information processor, on the other hand, the sent program or data are received and stored in the memory, etc. Consequently, when the program or data are uploaded or downloaded between the information processors, the need to make a communication through media such as a connection cable, a RAM card, and a floppy disk is eliminated.
