<p>PURPOSE:To improve operating efficiency by automating the turning-over of either one of both a lead frame for a light-emitting device and a lead frame for a photo-detector to an upside down state when both lead frames are charged under the state in which they are oppositely faced mutually. CONSTITUTION:A lead frame A1 for a light-emitting device is transferred so as to be placed on the top face of a bottom force from a first conveyor line 5. An arm body 10c in a rotating type turning-over mechanism 10 is rotated in the direction B by a shaft 10a, and passed through a parting section in a second conveyor line 6 in the upward direction from a lower section, thus scooping up a lead frame A2 for a photodetector in the second conveyor line 6 in the upward direction from the lower section under the state in which the lead frame A2 is attracted by a magnet 10d. The arm body 10c is turned in the direction of the first conveyor line 5, thus turning over a lead frame A2 for the photodetector to a upside down shape. When the arm body 10c is brought near to the first conveyor line 5, the lead frame A2 for the photodetector is shifted to the first conveyor line 5 side by magnets 8.</p> |
