PURPOSE:To newly reconstitute a salt composition using a salt having inexpensive composition in the determination of a salt composition of a plant culture solution. CONSTITUTION:The plant culture solution for the present method has arbitrary ionic composition composed of several kinds of salts. The composition of a medium for the plant culture solution is reduced to the ionic composition based on the constituent salt composition table of the medium. A salt composition is reconstituted from the reduced ionic composition under the restriction conditions meeting the purpose such as the most inexpensive composition of the salts and the salt composition having high biological compatibility. |
