PURPOSE:To easily take out a molded product from a mold without using an ejection mechanism generating strain or a damage in a molded product of high accuracy and to faithfully mold a resin along the inner surface of a cavity without generating flash even when inner pressure is generated by the resin injected in the cavity. CONSTITUTION:A pair of ageing molds consisting of an upper mold 1 and a lower mold 2 equipped with a cavity 4 having a mirror surface are separated into a plurality of mold members centering around the cavity 4 and the mold members are arranged in a clamping direction crossing a mold clamping direction at a right angle to clamp the ageing molds 1, 2 on both sides in the clamping direction by mold claming mechanisms 13, 14. A pre-processed plastic matrix 3 is inserted in the cavity of the ageing molds to clamp the molds in the clamping direction and the mold clamping direction and subjected to ageing treatment using mold temp. control parts 7, 8 to faithfully transfer the shape of the cavity to the plastic matrix. |
