PURPOSE:To facilitate interfloor movement at a low cost by transmitting an elevator call signal and a floor specification signal, receiving them at an elevator call section in an elevator hall and a reception section in the elevator, and moving the elevator according to it. CONSTITUTION:A transmission section 2 sends a call signal from a mobile robot 1 to an elevator call section 3 in the elevator hall. According to it, the robot 1 stops a waiting floor then moved in an opened elevator 4. Then the transmission section 2 sends a floor specification signal from the robot 1 to a reception section 5 in the elevator 4. Then, the elevator 4 moves, stops and opens a door at the specified floor. The robot 1 confirms that the travelling distance in a vertical direction becomes the prescribed value, that is, the elevator reaches the specified floor. The robot 1 advances out from the elevator to the elevator hall. Thus, the movement between floors is facilitated. |
