<p>PURPOSE: To provide an inexpensive hand-written information input device. CONSTITUTION: For the purpose of miniaturizing or omitting display device, an insertable/detachable form mount 62 is set on a digitizer 16. The form mount 62 has a menu corresponding to repetitive work and key pads or a signature write part. The form mount 62 may be detached in accordance with the format of a receipt, an order form, and other documents. This device is provided with a housing 40 having the upper face where a recessed part is formed, a frame 48 which holds the form mount 62 in this recessed part, and a circuit which processes information inputted to the digitizer. If the form mount 62 is in a reusable form, a small-sized display device may be added to instruct a signature or an instruction indication to a user.</p> |
