PURPOSE:To obtain the titled device possible to increase the tensile strength in the circumferential direction of a hose by a method wherein mixture with reinforcing fibers is extruded in a cylindrical form as the mandrel of an extruding nozzle and/or the point member of the nozzle and/is allowed to rotate freely. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle body 30 provided with a guide passage 30a inward, a mandrel 31 which is stretched partially and provided rotatively in the guide passage 30a and a nozzle point member 32 which is set rotatively to the nozzle body at the outlet end of the guide passage 30a comprise an extruding nozzle 12. The molten material fed by a screw through a guide tube from a hopper storing mixture with reinforcing fibers is supplied to the guide passage 30a and extruded from a cylindrical gap which is limited by the mandrel 31 and a nozzle point member 32. The reinforcing fibers are oriented by the rotation of the mandrel 31 and/or the point member 32 approximately in a spiral direction also.
