<p>PURPOSE:To suppress the generation of a data conversion miss and to shorten a designing time by executing the batch generation of plural types of data including logic circuit data and direct plotting pattern data at the time of automatically designing an integrated circuit. CONSTITUTION:The function describing file data of a circuit to be designed are formed and applied to an automatic generation processing part 3. The processing part 3 decodes the inputted function describing file data, executes prescribed internal processing and collectively generates plural types of necessary data 1 to n. In the case of designing an inverter e.g. the function describing file data of the inverter are inputted to the processing part 3, which collectively generates the logic circuit data, concrete circuit data, mask pattern data, direct plotting pattern data, etc., of the inverter. The batch generation of other necessary data can be similarly executed. Consequently data conversion processing based upon manual work can be eliminated.</p> |
