The alcoholic drink, esp. an apertif or digestive, comprises a mixt. of 1-1.5 pts. of aniseed spirit and 1-1.5 pts. of liqueur. The aniseed spirit is pref. greek Ouzo and the liqueur is greek samos. ADVANTAGE - The anissed spirits stimulates the stomach and gut and the liqueur sates hunger.
