PURPOSE:To develop a one-chip microcomputer without newly developing an evaluation chip. CONSTITUTION:An evaluation system is constituted of the microcomputers 1 to 3 and address decision circuits 4, 5. In the microcomputer to be newly developed, the functional blocks 11 to 1n of the microcomputer 1, the functional block 21 of the microcomputer 2, and the functional block 32 of the microcomputer 3 are included. Addresses assigned to the functional block 22 of the microcomputer 2 and the functional block 31 of the microcomputer 3 overlap the addresses assigned to the functional blocks 11 to 1n of the microcomputer 1. When the functional block of the microcomputer 1 is accessed, the address decision circuits 4 and 5 send an access inhibition signal to each of the microcomputer 2 and the microcomputer 3 in order to prevent the functional block 22 or the functional block 31 from being accessed. |
