The invention relates to a sleeve with bellows which can be fixed to shafts or joint elements of various diameters. The sleeve is formed of an elastic tubular body (1) having a conical overall shape from one end to the other. This body comprises a bellows-shaped zone (5) between two end zones (3, 6), each of which is composed of several annular connection sections (7a-7i) having internal surfaces (9a-9i) of various diameters and of conical shape. These sections are separated by notches (8) where a user can cut the body (1) so that its end has the desired diameter. The body is manufactured with a longitudinal slit (2), the edges of which respectively have a groove and a trapezoidal tongue (21) in order to be assembled by gluing. Such a sleeve can be used particularly on constant-velocity joints and sliding joints. <IMAGE>
