摘要 Each individual switching cell (SCa) in a row-and-column array comprises four n-channel MOSFETs (61-64), a master blocking circuit (111) and a slave blocking circuit (110) which gates the two activation transistors (61,63) connected to output data lines (2a,2b). The differential driver transistors (62,64) make earth connections when gated from input data lines (1a,1b). The cell reacts to a control signal (CNT) from the slave circuit and to differential data inputs, with differential outputs at correspondingly high speed. USE/ADVANTAGE - At broadband ISDN exchanges, async. transfer mode cells can be transmitted with higher frequency in more highly integrated LSI circuit.
