PURPOSE:To obtain a straight shapes having wholly uniform structure and a straight apex angle part and without requiring a straightening device and annealing furnace. CONSTITUTION:A material to be worked which consists of a stainless steel is forming worked into an angle material as shapes by hot rolling under a high temp. Just before the final rolling, uniform heating that the temp. of a curved member 13 for the material to be worked is heated to the temp. within the range of + or -100 deg.C (1150-1250 deg.C) of the initial temp. T1=1180-1250 deg.C at the begining of hot rolling as reference is applied. After that, the final rolling is executed and water cooling is executed. |
