The built-in radiator has a skeleton (10) which accommodates a first reflector (20) and on whose rear end a supporting housing (21) is mounted. The one-piece supporting housing (21) has an enveloping region (23) surrounding the lamp (32) and, projecting to the side of said region, an accommodating region (24) for electrical components (38). The supporting housing (21) is provided with holders for mounting on the columns (13, 14, 15) of the skeleton, and forms a cylinder for accommodating the lamp (32) and a roof reflector. The accommodating region (24) contains the electrical components (38) required for operating the lamp.
