PURPOSE:To stabilize the electrical joining characteristic and to restrain the generation of a flash by irradiating the welding part of a filament with laser beams to remove an insulating material before the welding is carried out. CONSTITUTION:The filament 2 is pulled out from a spool 10 and an end of it is held by a holder 8. The laser beams 7 irradiate the filament 2 and the insulating material 2b covering the filament 2 is burnt. The insulating material 2b is removed and the filament 2 becomes a tungsten wire 2a and is carried to the welding point and the welding is carried out. While the electrical joining characteristic between a base plate and the filament is stabilized, the generation of a flash during the welding is restrained. |
