PURPOSE:To provide an optical disk being small scale and being able to prevent shoplifting and to provide an optical- and heat-irradiating device being used together with such an optical disk and making the optical disk to be usable. CONSTITUTION:The optical disk 1 provides an intercepting layer 3 consisting of a material decomposed by a ray and/or a heat and inhibiting an optical beam for a recording and a playback to be make incident to a signal recording face on a readout face 2 of a recording signal. Thus, photo-heatirradiating device provides photo(heat)irradiating part providing an ultraviolet lamp, a heat source, etc., irradiating with ray and/or heat for decomposing material composed of the intercepting layer of the optical disk. |
