PURPOSE:To provide a plate for cooking made of graphite which has excellent soaking property and hygienic non-pollution character in use. CONSTITUTION:This plate for cooking is so arranged to cover the surface of a graphite plate which has characteristics a bulk density of 1.7g/cc, porosity of below 20% and an average core diameter of below 5mum with a heatproof resin or ceramics material. |
