<p>PURPOSE:To provide a micro-battery of storage type, which has minute thickness and size as the whole battery, enables easy stacking, allows mixed existence with any device or devices, and can serve also as a backup power supply for device such as DRAM. CONSTITUTION:A thin film electrode 15 of hydrogen storage metal is placed over an insulative base board 13, and thereover a thin film electrolyte layer 16 is placed. Further thereover 16 a thin film electrode 18 of metal is placed to constitute a micro-storage battery. Also, constructing such a micro-storage battery upon a semiconductor substrate 51 enables mixed existence with any device or devices.</p> |
