An IC tube aligning device consists of a chamber formed with a guide part, an IC tube aligning part, an IC tube loading part, and a body. The IC tube alingning part includes a roller, a index wheel, first and second motors, two pairs of timing pulleys and belts for power transmission from both motors, an IC tube guiding member, three sensors, and a nozzle. The IC tube loading part includes first and second cylinders, first and second links, a bearing for the second link, a cam and unloading cylinder, a passway, and an IC tube discharging device. The body includes a side plate attached with a control part, a base plate, and a main frame.
