PURPOSE:To make shutter opening and closing operation an unconscious operation for a user conducting magazine attachment and removal and prevent scattering of toner by closing and opening the shutter of a cleaner toner magazine interlockingly with the opening and closing operation of a paper discharge unit. CONSTITUTION:A cleaner shutter 51 opens and closes the opening part of a waster toner tank 36 having a cleaning blade 35 for recovering waste toner in contact with a photosensitive belt 11. A duct shutter 52 opens and closes the opening part of a toner supplying tank 38 communicating with a duct for supplying unused toner to a developing unit 19. The cleaner shutter 51 and the duct shutter 52 are closed and opened interlockingly with the opening and closing of a paper discharge unit 33, for example, by a boss 54 formed on the cover 53 of a fixing device 30. |
