PURPOSE:To confirm the normaly of only an instruction queue through an internal bus without passing of diagnostic data in another mechanism by writing/ reading information in/from the instruction queue in accordance with a microprogram. CONSTITUTION:At the time of diagnosis of an instruction queue 2-i, the queue input select instruction from a micro instruction generating means 7 is received by a selector 5, and the queue write instruction from the micro instruction generating means 7 is received by a queue write control part 3, and internal bus information is written in the required instruction queue 2-i, and the queue switching instruction from the micro instruction generating means 7 is received by a queue read control part 4, and internal bus information is read out from the required instruction queue 2-i, and the queue read instruction from the micro instruction generating means 7 is received by a gate circuit 6, and internal bus information read out from the instruction queue 2-i is taken out to the internal bus side, and the instruction queue 2-i is diagnosed in accordance with this internal bus information. |
