<p>PURPOSE:To secure the safety of and the space for operators during the robot welding and eliminate the waiting and idle time of the robot and the operators by establishing a system constituted by two sets of shutters which are capable of elevating on the front and rear surfaces. CONSTITUTION:A working robot is arranged on one side and a work positioner for working is arranged on the other side of a shutter device consisted of a shutter guide frame 1 which supports a movable shutter in a selectively elevatable manner on the front surface or the rear surface, and a shutter driving part 2 to slide the movable shutter 3 in the longitudinal direction. Thus, the working space and the safety of the operators who achieves common works with the robot can be secured. In addition, it becomes possible to achieve the preparatory works simultaneously with the robot welding, leading to reduction of the working time.</p> |
