<p>PURPOSE:To provide an animation output system which realizes a previewer function able to display a video without any break even when an animation cut recorded discontinuously in a storing medium is continuously displayed. CONSTITUTION:A control program 5, when a cut 1 and a cut 2 recorded in a storing medium 2 are displayed as continuous animation data, calculates the seek time to coded data 203 of the cut 1 and coded data 204 of the cut 2, omits the data reading for at least the seek time from the coded data 203 and obtains the seek time. The coded data 203, by reducing the picture quality at the frame away from one connecting part by a coding and decoding part 3, prevents the break of a video and a displaying part 4 reproduces as one animation datum.</p> |
