<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a lightweight tile carpet having a stable shape by forming the inner layer on a carpet side among two inner and outer layers composed of polyvinyl chloride laminated as the lining layer of the tile carpet as a non- foamed layer and chemically foaming the outer layer in low magnification of 1.05-1.4. CONSTITUTION:The lining layer based on polyvinyl chloride paste of a carpet 1 is constituted of two inner and outer layers laminated in such a state that at least glass fiber cloth 5 is interposed between both layers. In this constitution, the inner layer 3 of the two-layered lining layer is formed as a non-foamed layer and the outer layer 4 thereof is chemically foamed in foaming magnification of 1.05-1.4.</p> |
