METHOD AND DEVICE FOR CARRYING RAW MATERIAL IN LASER BEAM CUTTING EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE:To compactly constitute a layout of the whole equipment by making. the. device to travel in the X direction and carrying carriages to carry material to be worked of the movable laser beam cutting equipment to scan a laser beam condenser lens in the Y direction in the Y direction through under a traveling rail of the device. CONSTITUTION:The traveling rail 3 of the device of the movable laser beam cutting equipment is laid in the X direction (direction vertical to the paper) and the laser beam condenser lens 1a is scanned in the Y direction. When work is completed on a working station, a first carriage 11 on which the material 2 to be worked is mounted is lowered by an elevator 8 and placed on the carriage traveling rail 4 laid in the Y direction through under the traveling rail 3 of the device. The carriage is moved to an unloading station and unloaded, then, moved to a loading station and shifted to preparation of next material to be worked.
