PURPOSE:To easily and cheaply obtain the title solution useful for a health food, etc., and excellent in solubility, stability and activity by adding plural proteases having a different point of action to an aqueous suspension solution of royal jelly and solubilizing insoluble materials. CONSTITUTION:The title solution is obtained by adding 2 or more proteases selected from mammalian digestive enzymes having a different point of action onto a substrate to a prepared suspension solution of royal jelly at once or stepwise and keeping it at a temperature higher than room temperature to solubilize insoluble materials by enzyme reaction. |
