PURPOSE:To facilitate a fixing operation for a heat exchanger or a repairing and fixing operation during its maintenance work by a method wherein a fixing element is provided with a fitting hole, a bent piece is provided with a threaded hole, and a spacer fixed to a side plate of the heat exchanger is provided with a fitting piece, a bent piece and a fixing hole, respectively. CONSTITUTION:Fixing pieces 110 and 111 of fixing elements 104 and 105 fixed to a side plate 106 of a main body 101 have fitting holes 1 and 2 at their upper parts while being passed therethrough, and a bent piece 3 for sue in fixing a heat exchanger 109 at its lower part and further have a threaded hole 4 for fixing operation. At the heat exchanger 109, the connected surfaces 115 and 116 of the heat exchanging side plates 113 and 114 are provided with threaded holes 117 and 118, and the spacers 5 and 6 are fixed to the connected surfaces 115 and 116. The spacers 5 and 6 are provided with fitting pieces 7 and 8 being fitted to the fitting holes 1 and 2 at their upper parts, a spacer bent piece 9 is installed at a lower part and then a fixing hole 10 is installed in such a way as it may be coincided with the threaded hole 4. With such an arrangement, the fixing of the heat exchanger may easily be carried out. |
