The apparatus multi-directionally inserts the disk into the player, and also withdraws the disk from the player by multi- directionally forming doors and exchanging disks through the doors. The apparatus comprises the doors (2,2a,2b,2c) multi- directionally formed in a main body; a base (3) including a rotational base (12) assembled with a support shaft (4) and a pinion (5); a driving motor (6) engaged with the pinion gear (6); a lever (8) elastically supported by a spring (9) and actuating a sensor (7); a boss (13), in the center of the rotational base (12), rotatably connected with the support shaft (4); an inner contact gear (14) positioned under the rotational base (2) and having multi-directional grooves (15,15a,15b,15c).
