PURPOSE:To provide a gas laser oscillation device which generates a laser beam capable of cutting a workpiece in an excellent manner in conformity with the thickness of the workpiece without changing a converging lens. CONSTITUTION:This gas laser oscillation device is provided with at lest one discharge tube 2, a pair of metal electrodes 3 and 4 installed in the discharge tube 2, a high voltage power source 5 which generates discharge between the paired electrodes 3 and 4, a fan which passes a laser gas in the discharge tube 2, a final stage mirror 8 which forms an oscillator laid out on both ends of the discharge tube 2 and an output mirror 14. The absorption rate of the output mirror 14 is specified so that it may be 0.2% and more but 0.5% and less. |
