PURPOSE:To obtain a sufficient calorific value, arbitrary temp. distribution and uniform heat generation over the entire part by forming electrodes for heat generation consisting of conductive films on both surfaces of a substrate and electrodes for voltage impression on both ends of the electrodes for heat generation. CONSTITUTION:The patterns of the electrodes 2 for heat generation are formed on both surfaces of the substrate 1 consisting of a transparent insulating material and the electrodes 3 for voltage impression are formed on the upper and lower peripheral parts thereof. The electrodes 2 for heat generation are formed in different patterns on both surfaces for temp. correction. Namely, the patterns of the electrodes 2 for heat generation of vertical stripes are formed on one surface of the substrate 1 over the entire surface thereof and the patterns of the electrodes 2 for heat generation of horizontal stripes are formed only in the half parts on the lower side of another one surface. The calorific value of the lower side of the panel heater is increased as against the phenomenon that the temp. on the upper side rises usually and the temp. on the lower side falls while the panel heater is used for heating the liquid crystal panel and, therefore, the temp. correction of the part where the temp. is low can be made and the good display grade is obtd. |
