The apparatus is for releasable coupling a source of gas and a unit of gas fed catering equipment (17) which is intended to be moveable. A wall-mountable connector (9) extends from a wall and connects to a gas service line. A movable base (2) is affixable to or integral with the gas fed unit. A connector (8) is attached to said base and in gas communication with an inlet of the unit. The wall connector (9) and the unit connector (8) are interengageable. Closure means for each connector maintain each sealingly closed when they are not interengaged, and locking means are provided to hold them releasably in interengaged condition. |
