<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the current consumption of a microcomputer by reducing the oscillation frequency by an instruction to a low current consumption sequence. CONSTITUTION:The oscillation frequency of the oscillation resistors R1 110-R4 113 are changed by the selectors A 114-D 117. These selectors A and D are selected by decoding the oscillation frequency control data 118 controlled by a microcomputer. Thus it is possible to reduce the current consumption of the microcomputer by an instruction despite the reduction of the operating speed in a sequence where the reduction of the current consumption is needed while the microcomputer is working.</p> |
